What still makes me laugh is his family owns a dealership, yet he became the insurance guy — and honestly, he’s really good at it. He was super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and helped me feel confident about what I was choosing. He was also very patient with all the back-and-forth communication and questions (I had a lot), and never made me feel rushed. The only suggestion I’d give the office is to assign direct individual numbers or extensions so you can reach the specific agent you’re looking for without extra phone tag.
